Shanxi Dongyu Glass Co., Ltd. is located in Qi County, Shanxi Province, which is the largest production base for hand-blown glassware in China and is known as the “Capital of Glassware in China”. The company was founded in 2001 and is a large-scale professional manufacturing enterprise with strong technical strength, integrating the R&D, production, sales and deep processing of glass products.<\/p>

The company covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters. It now has the only standardized blowing workshop in the country with an independent visiting passage. It has built one electric furnace for hand-blown crystal glass with a daily output of 8 tons, one electric furnace for machine-blown crystal glass with a daily output of 15 tons, and two electric furnaces for colored crystal glass with a daily output of 1 ton each. The company currently has more than 400 employees, among which there are over 180 senior technicians and professional technical personnel. There are 4 industry craftsmen and 2 technical experts awarded by the China National Association for Glass Industry. The technical innovation team cultivated over the years has become the company’s most valuable and competitive asset, laying a solid foundation for the company’s future.<\/p>

The company owns several well-known domestic brands such as BAER, BUBACCO, and LANGNA. It mainly produces and operates lead-free crystal glass decanters, red wine glasses, wine dispensers, white spirit glasses, water glasses, juice glasses, whisky glasses, etc. made by machine or hand blowing. The product quality has reached the top level in China. To better meet market demands and expand market share, the company officially put into production a crystal glass machine-blowing production line in 2022 to produce high-quality wine dispensers, whisky glasses, water glasses and other series of products. In 2024, it successfully put into production the fully automatic machine-blown crystal glass one-piece drawn red wine glasses, overcoming many difficulties in traditional hand-blowing and conventional machine-blowing processes and realizing complex processes, which has greatly enriched the product line and enhanced market competitiveness.<\/p>

In 2014, the company was respectively awarded the “Gold Medal for the Representative Brand of Hand-blown Decanters and Goblets in 2014” by the China National Association for Glass Industry. In the same year, the red wine glass series also won the highest honors for hand-made glasses, such as the “Emperor Cup” and “Duke Cup” at the first Red Wine Glass Tasting Conference held by the China National Association for Glass Industry. The glassware used in the Shanxi Global Promotion Conference held in the Blue Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2019 was provided by our company. The “Baer” brand has been recognized by the industry and was rated as the first among the top ten brands of China’s hotel supplies in 2017. Meanwhile, it also won the title of the well-known brand in China’s daily-use glass industry in 2018. Its sales network covers 34 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country and its products are also exported to many countries such as the United States, Canada, Italy, Iran, Egypt, and Dubai.<\/p>
