As a professional glassware manufacturer serving international wholesale buyers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and retailers, our products are mainly customized and produced according to customer requirements. Therefore, our refund and return policy is designed based on the nature of B2B orders.

1. Product Quality Guarantee

We strictly control product quality throughout the production process, including raw material inspection, molding, polishing, decoration, packaging, and final inspection.

If you receive products with confirmed manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photos/videos
  • Details of the quality issue

After verification, we will provide a suitable solution, including replacement, compensation, or other agreed solutions.

2. Customized Products

For customized products, including:

  • Customized LOGO
  • Customized packaging
  • Special designs
  • Customized colors or decorations

returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the products have confirmed production defects caused by us.

Before mass production, we provide product details, samples, artwork confirmation, or production approval to ensure the final products meet customer requirements.

3. Shipping Damage

Glassware is fragile and may occasionally be damaged during international transportation.

If products are damaged during shipping:

  • Please take photos of the damaged cartons and products immediately after receiving the shipment.
  • Please contact us within 7 days.
  • We will assist with the claim process and provide a reasonable solution according to the shipping terms and agreement.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started or raw materials have been prepared.

For cancellations before production begins, please contact us immediately. Any costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
